Description:

The race starts at the foot of Hverfjall and leads competitors towards Lake Mývatn, close to geothermal areas, hot springs and lava rocks as far as the eye can see. Feel the black lava sand with every step, experience the mysterious Dimmuborgir and see the steam plumes rising as we rush past the geothermal baths. The race ends at Vogar Tourist Office.
