Description:

There are three races and the same format as in previous years, starting at 10:00 on Saturday mornings in September and October. There are two distances, a "short" and a "long" race, with the shorter race starting first. The short race is usually about 1 km and the longer race is 6-7 km. The distances are set up with the aim of appealing to as many people as possible, both middle-distance and long-distance runners and runners of all ages and abilities.
